1. General Conduct & Professional Standards

At Apollo-CIS, we are committed to:

• Delivering fair, honest, and professional service
• Treating all clients with courtesy and respect
• Providing accurate timelines and expectations
• Protecting client privacy and intellectual property

🔹 2. Payment & Invoicing

Web Design & Hosting:

• All web design projects require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed).
• Hosting packages include 1 full year of service with renewal options annually.
• Domain names, if purchased on your behalf, are billed separately unless bundled.

Custom Computers:

• Custom systems must be paid in full upfront before parts are ordered and the build begins.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days due to fluctuating hardware prices.
• All builds include a signed specification agreement and estimated delivery time.

Video Editing, SEO, and Database Work:

• Projects under $300 must be paid 100% upfront.
• Larger or phased projects may qualify for split payment terms.
• Final files or systems are delivered after balance is paid in full.

🔹 3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable once project work or hardware procurement has started.
• If a project is cancelled by the client before production begins, a partial refund may be issued based on administrative time and resources used.
• In the case of dissatisfaction with design work, revisions will be offered within the agreed scope. Additional revisions may be billed hourly.
• Custom computers are not eligible for return or refund due to the personalized nature of the hardware.

🔹 4. Warranty & Support

Web Design & Hosting:

• Websites come with 30 days of free post-launch support for bugs and minor content updates.
• Hosting includes basic uptime monitoring and email support.

Custom Computers:

• All systems include a 1-year labor warranty. Manufacturer part warranties are handled individually per vendor (e.g., Intel, ASUS, etc.).
• Support includes basic diagnostics and guidance. Damage from overclocking, water damage, or third-party modification voids warranty.

🔹 5. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of all content provided to Apollo-CIS.
• Apollo-CIS retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise requested.
• Final websites and systems are fully owned by the client after final payment and delivery.

🔹 6. Privacy & Data

• Client data is never shared, sold, or distributed.
• Data submitted via forms is used solely for communication and service purposes.
• You may request deletion or correction of your data at any time.

🔹 7. Turnaround & Communication

• Response time to inquiries is typically within 1 business day.
• Projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis unless expedited service is requested.
• Clients are responsible for providing content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.

🔹 8. Policy Revisions

These policies are subject to change. Updates will be posted to the website and may be reflected in new contracts or quotes.

🔹 9. Adult Material and Hosting of Such Sites

Apollo Computer Internet Services does not offer support to any type of Adult entertainment services such as porn site development or hosting of a adult nature website. We will be glad to provide your business with hosting companies and designers that will be able to develop such websites but we do not offer this service.
